John Burns Real Estate Consulting helps executives make informed home building industry decisions. We listen to our clients and apply our
knowledge and consulting skills to fit our clients’ needs. We believe in providing
the highest quality service possible to our clients, which means completing the
exact analysis they need, accurately, and cost effectively. Our founder firmly believes
in hiring the best consultants and, if necessary, bringing in outside expertise
to answer a question. Our clients
include home builders, developers, lenders, equity investors and product manufacturers.
We cater our consulting services to the risk profile of our experienced clients, some of whom prefer to conduct substantial research before investing with confidence, and others who prefer to conduct limited research before taking a large risk or deciding whether to continue pursuing the opportunity. Retainer clients receive priority on tight deadlines.
