Home Builder Survey

We provide over 10 years of very timely and accurate insights on housing market conditions every month, summarizing feedback from 300+ builders managing 3,000+ communities across 80+ metro areas. Roughly a third of participants are public builder divisions, and the balance are high volume private builders. Clients typically receive our analysis by the fourth business day of the month.

If you are a builder who can provide input, email Jody Kahn at jkahn@realestateconsulting.com or Devyn Bachman at dbachman@realestateconsulting.com to learn more about the survey process. Participating builders receive a copy of the survey and selected data for their markets.
